ABS - Anti Lock Brakes
Is just the ABS lamp on? In most cases you will have normal
brakes but the ABS is disabled. This can be caused by a defective
sensor, control module, defective wire, control valve or an
alternator charging problem.
Are both ABS and Brake light on? This can be a serious problem and
should be checked immediately to prevent the possibility of brake
failure.
